iv) Terms & Conditions
  • Funding is provided based on specific components and approved Detailed Project Reports (DPRs).
  • States/UTs are required to sign Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ministry of Education.

Higher Education Financing Agency (HEFA)

i) Scheme Type

  • Activities should focus on sustainable, locally suitable, and technology-based solutions.
